How to Increase Healthy Life

            I am sure that every human had been ill and I also believe if all human want to be healthy for their life. But, it’s impossible to do if it’s not our self who apply healthy life. What is healthy life? Healthy life is balancing life or life with a good pattern, start from activities, nutrition supply, sufficient sleeping, etc. Healthy life is important to all ages (without any exception), because of healthy life, we will be free from the illness, neither physical nor psychological illness. There are six ways to increase healthy life, such as sufficient sleeping, drinking fresh water, eating balance nutrition, body exercising, stress preventing, and praying.
            What is the function of the sufficient sleeping? We need sufficient sleeping to keep the metabolism in our body. Generally, the children need eight hours per day to sleep while the adults only need six hours per day to sleep. With sufficient sleeping, our mind can be fresh. Because when we are sleeping, the oxygen will pour to brain more excessive than we are doing the activities. Beside that, with sufficient sleeping, our energy will return, so it will produce a new spirit for us. Base on several sources, the human will be dead faster if they do not sleep during seven days than if they do not eat during thirty days. It’s because there is no oxygen which enters the brain, with the result that the human metabolism is hampered.
            Beside of the sufficient sleeping, we also have to drink two liters of fresh water per day because it can help our body to waste the poisons. The poisons usually expelled together with the urine or the sweat. In reality, all creatures—like an animals and a plan—need the water for their life too because the water also function to help the enzyme to neutralize the acid in the body. In addition, if the plants is not given the water, it will be withered moreover death. In the human body, 75% consist of water. Thus, if we do not drink enough, we will ail the dehydration, sariawan, dry skin, moreover kidney ache.

            Eating balance nutrition is also important to us because what we eat influent our health. We have to eat with balancing nutrition which include carbohydrate, fat, vitamin, mineral, iron, etc. They be found in rice, bread, oat, meat, egg, vegetable, legume, fruit, and milk. For instance, in one day, we need to eat a plate of rice or bread, meat, vegetable, water, and milk as many as twice. But, the portion must appropriate with our necessity and activity. If we are just a college student, female, and not hard working, we are only need 2000-2600 calories per day. It’s same if we are eating a plate of rice, a piece of meat or fish, a bowl of vegetable, an orange (or many kind of fruits), a glass of milk, and eight glasses of water. The other way, we have to avoid sweet (like a candy, a chocolate, and an ice cream) and soft drink (like coca cola, pepsi, fanta, sprite, etc) because they are very dangerous for our teeth and bone. Beside that, they are also not good for diet. Anyway, the advantages of consuming healthy food or balancing food are increasing the capability of our mind and improving our energy.

            Sufficient sleeping, drinking two liters of fresh water per day, and eating balance nutrition are not enough to apply the healthy life. We also have to body exercise regularly because it can make our body strong, healthy, and save from various of the illness. To bring about the healthy life, at least we have to body exercising as many as 2–3 times a week. The quantity and the long we do the body exercising is not really important if we compare with our seriousness and routine. It’s also better, if during sport, we focus on one of area which we will burn our fat because it’s more effective in achieving the target. With the body exercising, besides can get the tight muscle and ideal of body shape, we also can prevent several various of the illness, like heart attack, nerve-acid ‘asam urat’, asthma, and obesities. There are several kind of sport which we can do regularly and doesn’t need heavy tools; aerobic, swimming, walking, running, and skipping.
            Healthy life not only can be gotten from physical healthy because it can’t guaranty our quality of life. We also have to keep our psychological condition so that we can get the healthy life, like doing preventing stress. Preventing stress is very important because it’s influence to our soul which is nonmaterial characteristic. Believe it or not, preventing stress also can extend our live. Anyway, if we are stress, we can solve it with: (1) don’t exaggerate a problem, (2) positive thinking, (3) look for the solution, (4) face the reality, (5) don’t escape from the problem, (6) surrender to God. Every human has an intelligence which able to solve their problem if they want.
            After we do an effort, we also have to pray to God. We often belittle in praying, but in fact praying can increase our health too. With praying, it means we plead to God. In truth, the God gives our health. Praying also give us the power. Because of that, we must pray to God every moment so that will be given the health from Him.
            Healthy life is very important for us because inside the healthy body there will be the strong soul. We can get the healthy life by several ways, such as sufficient sleeping, drinking fresh water, eating balance nutrition, body exercising, stress preventing, and praying.
